About the event
We’re so excited to invite you to the first walk of our new Wellness Mornings series: slow, social mornings designed to help you start your day feeling good.
This will be a dog-friendly stroll, so feel free to bring your dog along. just a lovely walk, good company, coffee, and spring sunshine.
The Plan:
We will meet at Nostos Coffee so everyone can grab a coffee, matcha, or your favourite drink before we start walking at 11:00 AM sharp.
